Episode 27: Advice for an Atheist Who Is Afraid of Dying

It has been a few months since we’ve had a show. The last episode was back in November (the Carrie Fisher episode, sadly). I’m back with a new, shorter format and more problems to solve!

EPISODE 16: Stay In Your Lane – What To Do When Your Friend Cheats On Their Spouse

If your friend confessed to you that they’ve been having an affair behind their wife’s back (oh yeah, and their wife is pregnant), would you tell the wife about your friend’s infidelities? That’s the problem Charlie will attempt to solve this week, sent to advice column, Mrs. Webb. It’s complicated.

THIS WEEK’S PROBLEM:

Episode 9: Confessions of a Used Car Salesman

You know what they say about used car salesmen. They are often portrayed as being unapologetic, bloodsuckers who feed on the vulnerable, trusting public to make a quick dollar. Ouch! In this episode, one such used car salesman confesses (to Ask Andrew WK at The Village Voice) that, yes, he is a lecherous, blood-sucker feeding on innocent people BUT he wants to change! He’s ready to reverse his bad karma and to do good in the world. Can he change his karma? Should he? How? Charlie’s on it!

Lonely Atheist Wants To Spend Eternity in Heaven with Family

EPISODE 7

What if you were raised in a devout, religious family and then suddenly realized you no longer believed in the existence of a god, but became despondent over the idea of not spending eternity with your family? Yes, this week’s problem (submitted to Ask Andrew WK at The Village Voice)  is a head-scratcher and a bit confusing, but Charlie is up to the task of helping our agonizing atheist sort out his spirituality (or lack thereof), his family, and eternity. BAM!

PROBLEM: Some Dude He Barely Knows Asked Him to Be His Best Man – WTF?!

EPISODE 2:

What would you do if a business associate you barely new asked you participate in their wedding? Charlie tackles this awkward (and potentially embarrassing) situation, sent to Dear Prudence, for a guy who calls himself “Not”. 😐#NobodyAskedPodcast
